 Many of us don't think of golf as exercise, and I suppose if you choose to rent a cart, throw a cooler of drinks on the back and stop at the turn to buy a hot dog, it probably isn't. ok However, if you walk the course, and carry your clubs, you will be burning countless calories, not to mention working out a variety of muscles.
